Sign in once and you get a private link that lets Claude — on claude.ai, the mobile app or Claude Desktop — read your Garmin training, sleep and recovery data and coach you from your real numbers.

What happens with your data

Read-only. Nothing is ever written to your Garmin account.
Your password is sent to Garmin once and not kept. What is kept is a Garmin access token, on this server, so it can fetch your data when you ask Claude a question.
That token gives whoever runs this server the same read access to your Garmin data. Only use a server run by someone you trust.
Whatever Claude reads is sent to Anthropic as part of your conversation, like anything you'd paste into a chat.
To revoke access: change your Garmin password (all tokens die), or ask the person running this to delete you.
